Mill Barn Cottage for 4   This pretty cottage is totally peaceful and private and sits within its own well kept garden.Wildlife abounds, and the owners white doves fly overhead. The balcony which leads off the spacious airy upper level sitting room has a balcony  with chairs and table overlooking fields and hills where sheep and cows quietly graze.  The room is well furnished with a dining table, flat screen T V and DVD. and comfortable arm chairs. The small but well fitted kitchen leads off the sitting room and  has electric cooker microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the adjoining carport. There are two well furnished bedrooms one double with ensuite shower room and one twin (3.0 beds) with adjoining bathroom. Guest are welcome to go through the field gate to sit or play by the river, where there is an area with garden furniture. Children can collect the eggs or watch the two spotted pigs Harbertonford village shop is 1/2 a mile away and sells very high quality meat veg bread etc. Price includes all linen. There is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a large airy sitting room opening onto a small but very sunny S W balcony. which overlooks the Tailrace and the surrounding countryside.The room is well furnished with some great antiques,a dining table a flat screen TV and DVD and a small divan so that two friends (or family) can stay, if they do not want to share a bed.  The kitchen is very well fitted with electric cooker microwave and fridge.  Guests are welcome to go through the field gate to sit on the seat by the river.They can also use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the carport of Mill Barn  Sorry but we cannot have dogs or children under 12.
